/seo · how it works

How the partnership works.

zsty.us/seo is the public face of a working agentic-SEO operation, not a marketing site dressed up as one. Here's the loop, with all the steps that don't fit on the home page.

1. Agents draft

We've built agents for the SEO atomic units — local audits, long-tail content, backlink prospecting, Google Business Profile optimization, technical site audits, monthly client reporting. Each agent takes its inputs (a client URL, a target keyword, a competitor domain) and produces a draft in the shape the human will work from.

Agents do not publish. Ever. The draft is an artifact the human either approves, edits, or rejects.

2. Humans approve

Every draft passes through the partner — a 2023 Best-of-Southland SEO operator with a 5.0★ Google profile and a decade of local-SEO work behind him. He reads the draft as if it's already on the client's site, then either ships it, edits it, or sends it back. If a draft is not client-ready, it does not ship.

This is the part most agentic-marketing pitches skip. The point of agents in SEO is not removing the human; it's removing the keystroke-level work so the human can apply taste at scale.

3. Tracked, transparent, transferable

Every client gets a dashboard. They see every ticket the agents opened, every link prospected, every ranking move (good or bad), and every dollar invoiced. There are no black boxes.

Data is portable on day zero. If a client decides to leave, they get a full export within 30 days and DNS goes back to them.

4. Per-client privacy on the public feed

The live activity feed on /seo shows real work as it happens — but it never reveals client business names. Only sector, city, and a sanitized verb (“drafted a local audit,” “approved long-tail content”). Clients in sensitive industries (medical, legal) can opt out of the public feed entirely; their work still runs, it just doesn't appear here.

5. What this stack is

Next.js + Drizzle + Neon + OpenClaw orchestration, on Vercel. The same stack runs zsty.us, the partner's city sites (seocompanysantamonica.com et al), and the client-facing dashboards. One codebase, four city domains plus the zsty.us umbrella.
