Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of zsty.us (the “Service”), operated by Zsty LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to submit any form on the Service. You must provide a valid email address you control and keep it accurate. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Account access

Admin sign-in to zsty.us uses passwordless magic-link authentication. You do not set a password. To sign in, you request a sign-in link sent to your email address; the link is short-lived (15 minutes) and single-use. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can sign in to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or defame other users.
• Post content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or supporting infrastructure.
• Interfere with the Service via automated traffic, scraping, or denial-of-service attempts.
• Submit forms multiple times with false identities to evade rate limits or consent rules.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing attempts.

4. SEO services

The agentic-SEO services described on /seo are provided under separate engagement letters with each client. Nothing on zsty.us constitutes an offer or guarantee of SEO results; rankings depend on many factors outside our control. Specific engagement terms control over any general statement made on the marketing surface.

5. User content

You retain all rights to content you submit to the Service. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and use it solely to operate the Service and deliver what you requested. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

6. Termination

You may revoke opt-in and request data deletion at any time via the Contact email below. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

7. Service availability

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BM DISTRIBUTION LLC OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (b) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zsty LLC harmless from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
